How It Works

 

Raw materials enter from the top, while forced air is blown from the bottom to initiate aeration and heating. An internal mixing mechanism ensures uniform oxygen distribution and consistent fermentation throughout the vessel. After 5–15 days, the matured organic fertilizer is discharged from the bottom. All exhaust gases pass through a bio-filter or chemical scrubber, guaranteeing odor-free emissions that meet environmental standards.
